Practice steps
1, peel, wash and shred potatoes first (rinse with cold water, there is too much starch,)
2, onion ginger garlic pepper washed, cut into chopped green onion, ginger. Garlic slices, Chili foam (because I cooked another dish at that time, the accessories were put together)
3. Wash the lean meat and shred it (you can marinate it with some cooking wine). I put some after cooking. I like the darker color, or I can put some soy sauce appropriately.
4. When the materials are ready, start cooking, pour in the cooking oil, and stir-fry the ginger and garlic in the pan (pour the oil into the pan to prevent it from sticking to the pan).
5. Start to add shredded pork and stir fry.
6. Until the stir-fry is completely discolored, add a little cooking wine.
7. Turn off the fire and set aside.
8. Next, heat the wok, pour in the cooking oil, and saute the garlic (if you think the wok is burnt, you can clean it to prevent the potatoes from sticking to the wok).
9. Rinse the shredded potatoes with cold water and pour them in. I mentioned cold water washing before.
10, stir-fry evenly
1 1, add dried Chili foam and stir fry (I just need to put a little spicy pepper)
12, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of white vinegar, and pour in the previously fried shredded pork.
13, continue to stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry.
14, appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir-fry evenly.
15, turn off the fire and sprinkle with chopped green onion. (turn it over)
16, take it out and put it on the plate.
