How to make braised pork
1. Ingredients: Pork (marinated in advance, using cornstarch and soy sauce), dried tofu, red pepper, ginger, and garlic.
2. Peel the ginger and cut into shreds.
3. Cut the pepper into shreds
4. Peel the garlic and put it in a garlic blender
5. Stir into minced garlic
6. Cut the dried tofu into triangles
7. Heat the oil in the pan.
8. Add minced garlic
9. Fry the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
10. Add shredded ginger and stir-fry briefly.
11. Add chili and stir-fry briefly.
12. Stir the ingredients evenly.
13. Add pork.
14. Stir-fry over high heat until cooked.
15. Add appropriate amount of water to prevent sticking to the pan.
16. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
17. Stir fry evenly again.
18. Add dried beans.
19. Stir fry.
20. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
21. Open the cover and the aroma is fragrant.
22. Just put it on the plate and you’re done.
