Folding Editorial Steps
1. Dried antlers are scrubbed with water to remove sand and other impurities.
2. Soak the cleaned antlers in water for about 5 hours.
3. Green and red bell peppers cleaned and shredded, ginger shredded, garlic tapped and diced.
4. Wash and cut antlers into long pieces.
5. Put the antlers into a clean container, sprinkle with ginger and mix well.
6. Pour one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
7. Sprinkle in a pinch of fine salt.
8. Mix in a tablespoon of soy sauce.
9. Blend in a moderate amount of sugar.
10. Sprinkle with garlic granules and mix well.
