Ingredients: 500 grams of ribs, two spoonfuls of minced garlic, pumpkin, chopped green onion and millet spicy.
Exercise:
1, ribs washed and drained for use, pumpkin peeled and cut into small pieces for use.
2. Pour two spoonfuls of hot oil into minced garlic and mix well. Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce and one spoonful of sugar and mix well. Add ribs and a spoonful of starch and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
3. Spread the pumpkin on the bottom of the dish, put the marinated ribs on it, and steam them in a steamer at 100 degree for 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the size of the ribs).
4. Sprinkle chopped green onion and millet, and simmer for 2 minutes.
