Materials
Main ingredient: 1 catty of devil fish;
Supplementary ingredients: 3 stalks of garlic, minced garlic, minced ginger, moderate amount of cornstarch, cooking wine, seafood sauce
Devil Fish

Devil fish is washed and cut into pieces, and the surface is smeared with moderate amount of cornstarch.

Pour water into the pot, boil and add appropriate amount of cooking wine, then put the devil fish into a slight blanch.

Dry the devil fish and set aside.

Put a small amount of oil in the wok, when hot, add minced garlic, minced ginger, garlic segments, sautéed, then add the devil fish.

Stir fry and add appropriate amount of seafood sauce and water to simmer for 2 minutes.
