1. Wash the crystal fish, add a little salt and marinate for about 20 minutes.
2. Take a bowl and mix the crunchy powder, egg yolk and water together to make a char.

4. Heat a deep frying pan to 180°C. Add the fish from Method 3 and fry on medium heat for about 4 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
