The rules of the European Cup are:
The organizers of the European Championship went straight to the finals, and other teams were divided into several groups, each of which played a qualifier. The preliminaries will adopt the double-cycle scoring system, and the top two players in each group can advance to the final (the European Championship in France started in 20 16, and the number of teams participating in the final stage increased to 24).
If two or more teams have the same points, compare the battle records between related teams. If you can't determine the qualifying team, you need to compare the goal difference, goals and away goals of all group matches to determine the qualifying seats.
Starting from 20 16, the 24 teams that entered the final will be divided into 6 groups, and the team with the highest score in each group will enter the final of 1/8 together with the four best teams ranked third. The knockout (including the final) will adopt the single-loss knockout system. If the two sides draw within 90 minutes, the winner will be decided in overtime, and the golden ball system and the silver ball system will not be used in overtime.
