Fried Loofah with Shrimp
Ingredients: one Loofah, a bowl of Shrimp
Accessories: half a head of garlic, two shallots, two dried peppers, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of pepper, salt and chicken essence.
Step 1: The shrimps are alive and fresh. If they are not fresh, you can only buy some frozen ones. Boil the water in the pot, and put the river shrimp into the boiling water for boiling, which is clean and hygienic.
Step 2: Peel the loofah and cut the hob block; Cut shallots into long sections, chop half garlic for later use, and drain shrimps.
step 3: add oil to the pot, add two dried peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, pour the shrimps into the fire and stir-fry until dry, then add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, stir-fry for a while and put them out for later use.

Step 5: Pour the fried crayfish into the pot, add the shallots, add the salt and the right amount of chicken essence (not necessary), stir-fry evenly, and a plate of mouth-watering fried towel gourd with river shrimp will be ready.
