5, pour into the fungus tofu, stir fry evenly, (in advance of the small bowl put 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of chicken essence, a little starch, add the right amount of water to stir well,) poured into the seasoning sauce.
