How to stew bean sprouts with vermicelli?
Remove the roots of soybean sprouts, wash, control the water, soak the vermicelli in warm water for 30-60 minutes in advance, slice the bacon, shred the ginger, and diagonally cut the green garlic.
Put the sliced meat in a hot pot and stir-fry with cold oil to get oil.
