Exercise:
Choose tremella fuciformis10 ~12g, rinse it several times first, then put it in a bowl and soak it in cold boiled water (you can do it without tremella fuciformis). Soak for about 1 hour, at which time the tremella swells, and then pick out the impurities. Then put tremella and appropriate amount of rock sugar into a bowl, add appropriate amount of cold water, and stew together for 2 to 3 hours.
