After the cultivated seeds are full, the hyphae should be white, uniform, thick and free from mixed bacteria infection; Mushroom room should be pretreated. DDV fumigated overnight, and then fumigated overnight with potassium permanganate and formaldehyde. After the smell disappears, the mushroom room should be pre-humidified.
The mushroom bag is placed on the cultivation bedstead, and the height is subject to the height of the bedstead. When they are moved into the cultivation room, they can be cultivated for two days without ventilation, and the room is still sprayed with water to moisturize. How many mushroom bags and layers can be put in a shed depends on the ventilation in the mushroom shed.
Extended data:
Growth temperature
The humidity range of mycelium growth is 10-35℃, and the optimum temperature is 25-27℃. When the temperature is lower than 10℃, the mycelium basically stops growing. Below 20℃, the mycelium grows slowly. When the temperature is higher than 30℃, the mycelium grows thinner, turns yellow and is easy to age.
When the temperature is higher than 37℃, the mycelium stops growing. The temperature range of fruiting body growth is wide, and it can produce mushrooms at 10-32℃, which is different from other Pleurotus ostreatus. The optimum temperature for primordium formation and mushroom bud growth is 15-20℃, which is lower than 10℃, and primordium is rarely produced again.
Below 15℃, the growth of fruiting bodies is slow. When the temperature is higher than 25℃, the mushroom buds grow fast and mature early, and the cap is funnel-shaped when mature. In the fruiting period, if the temperature difference between day and night is large, it is easy to produce primordia.
