1. Prepare 2 potatoes, 1 handful of coriander, 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 spoon of cumin powder and a little red pepper.
2. Wash the potatoes, peel them and slice them, then chop the coriander, and cut the onion, garlic cloves and red pepper into pieces.
