Pickling method of colorful pepper
Materials for preparing colorful peppers: colored peppers, soy sauce, rock sugar, garlic, star anise and white wine.

1, first of all, we rinse the colorful peppers with clear water and put them in a box to drain the water.

2, and then put all the drained colorful peppers into the jar, not too full, as shown in the figure below.

3. Add rock sugar, star anise, garlic slices and white wine (one third of the bottle cap is enough, and then add some white wine if you see the inside surface of the bottle turning white or blistering).

4. Then add the soy sauce and fill it up until it is full, as shown in the figure below.

5. After filling with soy sauce, tighten the bottle cap and put it in a sealed place. Generally, it can be eaten in about 7 days.
