One Joertai fish, salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic, aniseed and coriander.
Practice:
first step
Cut the fish into pieces, remove the head and tail (boneless if possible), and cut the auxiliary materials for later use.
Second step
Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes.
Third step
