Steps
1. Prepare some chopped minced garlic and small red peppers, and fry the peanuts, peel them and then crush them.
2. Clean the lettuce leaves and cut them into small pieces.
3. Boil half a pot of water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of cooking oil, and blanch the cut lettuce leaves.
4. Put the blanched lettuce leaves into cool water.
5. Put the cooled lettuce leaves into a large bowl and add the chopped garlic and red pepper.
6. Add a pinch of salt, sesame oil, chicken broth and 1 tbsp light soy sauce and mix well.
7. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and serve.
