Air Fryer Frying Steaks
Making steaks in an air fryer is definitely comparable to steaks cooked on the grill.
Ingredients
2 rib-eye steaks (cut into slices about 2.5cm thick), 20g of barbecue seasoning, 60ml of olive oil, 125ml of soy sauce.
How to do it
1. For the barbecue seasoning: 30g mixed peppercorns, 5g coriander seeds, 15g dill seeds, 8g paprika, 30g sea salt, 15g garlic powder, 15g onion powder. Make a good barbecue seasoning that can be used several times. Following this recipe, using 20 grams at a time, you can use it 5 times in one ****.
2. Toss the steak with soy sauce, oil and BBQ seasoning and marinate in a ziplock bag for 2 hours.
3. Remove the steak from the bag and remove excess fat and seasoning from the steak.
4: Fry the steaks in an air fryer preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes. Turn the steaks and fry for another 7 minutes until the steaks shrink.
5. Remove the steak and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
454g of steak, 60g of soy sauce, 60g of rice vinegar, 60g of brown sugar, 1 green onion thinly sliced, 15g of minced garlic, 15g of wasabi powder, 30g of white sesame seeds.
Method
1: Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, scallion, garlic and wasabi powder in a sealable clear plastic bag. Place the steak in the marinade and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
2. Remove steak from marinade and remove excess marinade.
3. Heat the griddle over medium heat and sear the steaks until the tops become browned, about 1 minute per side. Then continue searing until desired doneness is reached. Broil approximately 5 minutes per side. Insert a thermometer into the center of the steak and when the temperature reaches 60 degrees Celsius, remove the steak, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.

568g rib eye steak, 60g balsamic vinegar, 30g soy sauce, 15g minced garlic, 15g honey, 15g olive oil, 2g ground black pepper, 5g Worcestershire Teaspoon Sauce, 2g onion powder, 2g salt and a pinch of paprika.
Seared Steak
Method
1: Make a marinade by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, garlic paste, honey, olive oil, black pepper powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and red pepper powder.
2. Place the steak in the marinade, coat well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
3. Heat a pan and sear the steaks over medium heat for 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

Ingredients
454 grams of square steak, 140 grams of flour, 2 grams of cracked black pepper, 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of garlic powder, 1 sprig of rosemary, 120 grams of olive oil, 2 cups of beef broth.
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
2. In a glass lunch box, combine the black pepper, oil, salt, garlic powder, rosemary and most of the flour and coat the square steak with the mixture, patting the flour into the steak to coat it with the seasoning. Reserve some of the flour.

Methods
1. Cut the steak into 5cm cubes and season with garlic powder.
2. Brown the seasoned beef in a skillet over medium heat, then transfer to a slow cooker.
3. Add hot water, melt cornstarch with a little water to make starchy water, pour into slow cooker and mix well. Add onion, dried chili, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and salt and mix well.
4. Add beef broth and simmer in the slow cooker for 3 hours.
