Tortoise, also known as tortoise or tuanyu, is an egg-laying amphibian reptile with a turtle-like head, but its shell has no turtle-like stripes, and its edge is soft and dark green. It often lives in sediments at the bottom of the water, likes to eat small animals such as fish and shrimp, and swallows melon skin and fruit slices, grass and grains.
Carassius auratus is delicious, rich in protein, with protein as high as 16.5g per 100g meat, high in fat, rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron and other elements, and high in nutritional value. Crucian carp and its extract can be used as traditional Chinese medicine. Before stewing soft-shelled turtle, clean the soft-shelled turtle, blanch it with boiling water, then put the soft-shelled turtle into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and seasoning, and stew it with low fire for one hour.
