The practice of shrimp and mushroom porridge
Ingredients: 80g of rice, 8 fresh shrimps, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1 ginger and 2 shallots.
1. Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes, and wash and soak mushrooms for 20 minutes. Wash the fresh shrimp, remove the head, shell and shrimp line. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add half a spoonful of salt and 1 spoonful of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minute. Slice mushrooms, 1 slice ginger, 2 slices shallots and chopped green onion.
2. Put a proper amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add rice and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the pan from burning.
3. Add shrimps, sliced mushrooms and shredded ginger, continue to cook for 15 minutes, add chopped green onion and 1 spoon salt, and mix well.
