Pressure cooker version of sugar lotus root?
The glutinous rice is soaked in advance. Peel the lotus root, cut one end and soak the glutinous rice in the lotus root for about 8 minutes. Specific operation, it is recommended to see the menu introduction.
After brewing, put it in the pot, put the rock sugar and brown sugar together, and the water just passes the lotus root. Cook for about half an hour.
Take out the lotus root, put it in a pressure cooker, add sugar water, and choose the grade (meat).
After the pressure cooker is cooked, take out the lotus root and cut it when it is cold. Cut into pieces about 0.5cm thick. Put the sliced lotus root back into the casserole, and pour the sugar water in the pressure cooker into the casserole to cook together. In the process of cooking, turn over the lotus root and sprinkle osmanthus. Just wait until the sugar water is received.
