2. You can match different sauces according to your own taste:
450g of fresh squid and 55g of flour.
Marinade:
Salt 1/3 teaspoons pepper 1/4 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoons.
Fried pulp material:
Self-raising flour 1/2 cups salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoons oil 1 teaspoons water 1/3 cups;
(1) Wash the squid, remove the internal organs, tear off the membrane, wash, cut it into 1 cm, and form a circle.
(2) Mix the fried slurry evenly for later use.
(3) Boil hot water, put down the squid, turn off the fire, and take out (water) immediately after it turns white. Add the marinade and stir well.
(4) Boil a proper amount of oil. Dip the squid rings in flour first, then dip them in fried pulp, and fry them in oil until golden brown.
