Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, ribs, onions, ginger, aniseed.
Accessories: salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, carrot slices, coriander and corn kernels.
1. Clean the ribs. Put the ribs in cold water, boil and cook for a while.
2. Take out the blanched ribs for later use.
3. Select and clean Chinese cabbage, and control the water content.
4. Cut the Chinese cabbage into large pieces for later use.
Prepare onions, ginger and fennel.
6. Put the ribs in the pot, add enough water, skim off the floating foam on the surface with a spoon when the water boils, and add onion, ginger, aniseed and corn kernels.
7. Stew the ribs with low fire until soft and rotten, add salt to taste, and then add Chinese cabbage.
8. Add some carrot slices until the Chinese cabbage breaks.
