Preparation materials: 3 barracuda, tofu 1 kg, coriander 10g, ginger 10, onion 1, salt 10g, clear soup essence 10g, and pepper 10g.
Barracuda removes scales, gills and visceral black membrane from chicken abdomen, cleans it, and cuts it into sections.
