How to roast chicken wings (oven version)?
Wash the chicken wings and cut them twice with a knife. Slice ginger and chop garlic.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce (more), ginger, garlic, pepper, a little vinegar and cornflour to the chicken wings, mix well and marinate them in cold storage (I usually spend one night).
Preheat the oven 180 degrees, put oil paper on the baking tray, brush a little oil, put the wing roots, and then brush oil.
Oven 180-200 degrees 10 minutes. Take it out and brush it with a layer of honey (when my honey is used up, sprinkle some sugar on it …), or brush some leftover sauce or pour it on oiled paper, so that you can pour it on it after the exam. Bake at 230 degrees for 3 or 4 minutes.
