The method of frying yam with tomatoes
1. Peel and slice tomatoes and yam (yam slices are soaked in water to avoid oxidation and blackening).
2. Add proper amount of peanut oil and sesame oil with the amount of peanut oil 1/3 to the hot pot, add tomatoes and stir-fry until half-cooked, and add yam pills.
