Steps
1. Prepare spinach.
2. Scald spinach in boiling hot water.
3. Strain the scalded spinach.
4. Then put the blanched spinach into a blender to make spinach juice.
5. Put a small bowl of flour into the spinach juice and add a pinch of salt and mix well.
6. Mix the spinach batter well.
7. Boil water in a saucepan and add a small spoonful of spinach batter to the saucepan to cook.
8. Transfer the cooked spinach pasta lumps to a small plate.
9. Cut the carrots into small pieces and spread them on the noodles, drizzle with the sauce (soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar) and mix well. If you like spicy, you can put more chili sauce.
This spinach pasta is green in color, sour and salty in taste, and is a great way to incorporate vegetables into pasta for children who don't like to eat them. Let your child absorb the nutrients from the vegetables.
Tips
The batter to make the noodle lumps should not be too thin.
