Storage of taro
1. Store taro in a dry, cool and ventilated place for 3-5 days, because taro tends to soften. Eat as soon as possible after purchase.

2. taro can't tolerate low temperature, so fresh taro must not be put in the refrigerator. When the temperature is below 7℃, it should be stored in a warm place indoors to prevent frostbite and rot.

Taro rots easily if it is not used for a long time. The best way to preserve it is to peel it, cut it into pieces, fry it, and then refrigerate it. It is more convenient to cook next time.

If you make sweets, you can slice taro and steam it, and then refrigerate it. When cooking, you can directly use a blender to make mud and then heat it.
