Xiaomei’s steps for washing meat:
Step 1. Fill the main pot with water, put the cut pieces of meat into the mesh frame, put them into the cooking pot together, and adjust as appropriate amount of water.
Step 2 Set Xiaomei for 5 minutes, temperature 50, speed below 500g 5/500-800g speed 3.5, start. After the time is over, there will be a lot of foam on the surface of the meat.
Step 3: Use the hook of the stirring rod to lift up the screen frame, rinse it under the faucet, and set it aside for later use.
Notes
1. The input voltage of the product is AC 220V, please confirm before use.
2. After processing, the cup body can be removed from the host machine only after the rotation of the blade stops completely.
3. When the motor heats up severely, the thermal protection device will automatically cut off the power supply to protect the motor, and it can resume starting after cooling (it takes about 20 minutes).
4. The cross knife holder is mainly used to process fluid or block food (various vegetable and fruit pieces). The straight knife holder is mainly used for processing dried fruit foods (rice grains, beans, dried peppers).
5. When the cup is connected to the knife holder, it should be tightened in place to prevent food from leaking or falling off.
