1. Slice carrots, shred green peppers, slice pork and ginger, and shred onions.
2. Add raw flour, ginger slices and onion segments and marinate with soy sauce for 10 minute.
3. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, heat the oil, pour in the bacon and fry until cooked.
Take out the fried pork and leave the oil in the pot.
5. Stir-fry the onion in the pot. Add carrot slices and stir fry.
6. Pour the fried pork and green pepper into the pot, add salt, soy sauce and seasoning powder, and stir fry to taste.
