Ingredients: 5 pieces of soybean sprouts, half a catty of minced meat, 8 mushrooms, salt, sugar, white powder, soy sauce, ginger, 1 package of spring rolls (24 packages).
Trapping exercise:
1) Mushrooms are prepared in advance, then diced and soaked in water for later use;
2) Wash soybean sprouts, air dry and chop them, add minced onion and ginger, salt, sugar, cooking wine and white powder into the minced meat and stir;
3) After the oil in the pan is heated, add the diced mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and put it back in the bowl;
4) After the oil temperature in the pot, stir-fry minced meat for 2 minutes, then add diced mushrooms and cabbage, add soy sauce and sugar to taste, add some white powder to thicken the water soaked with mushrooms, and pour a few drops of sesame oil out of the pot;
Wrap spring rolls: after thawing at room temperature, separate each skin, spread the skin flat on the table, wrap the stuffing, and stick batter on the edge. Wrap the spring in an oil pan and fry it thoroughly, which can be fried twice.
