Ingredients: razor clam, onion, ginger, garlic, lobster sauce, green pepper, red pepper and onion.
The method of frying razor clams;
1, razor clams soak in salt water for at least two hours to spit sand.

3. Blanch the soaked razor clam in boiling water for a while and take it out for later use.

5. Stir-fry clams in the pot (lobster sauce itself is salty, no need to add salt).
Tip: You can add a few drops of oil when soaking the clams, which is convenient for spitting sand.
