Lemon 1 (or 2 tablespoons white vinegar)

1. Wash and shred the cabbage, put it in a pot, add salt and mix well, and marinate for 20-30 minutes or until the cabbage becomes soft. Then squeeze out the water and put it aside.
2. Put the right amount of oil in the wok. After the oil is hot, add the cabbage and stir-fry it for a few times (the purpose is to stop the cabbage), and then serve.
3. Make Chili oil: put 1/2 cups of oil in the wok, and the oil temperature should not be too high after the oil is heated. Add pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then take out the pepper. Then pour the oil on the Chili powder and stir it while pouring. Note: the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise the pepper will burn. If you don't know much about the oil temperature, you can try putting a short piece of onion in the oil. If the onion becomes mushy immediately, it means that the oil temperature is too high, and vice versa.
4. cut the lemon in half, squeeze the lemon juice onto the cabbage, then pour the Chili oil and stir well.
