1. Put the dried corn noodles in a basin and soak them in appropriate amount of water for about four hours.
2. After the corn noodles are soaked, put them in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
3. Boil the steamed corn noodles in boiling water for seven or eight minutes until soft.
4. Peel and shred cucumber.
5. Add chopped green onion, garlic, salt, sesame oil, chicken essence, Chili oil and vinegar and mix well.
6. After the corn noodles are cooked, fish them in a bowl and add the shredded cucumber.
Tips
1, dry corn noodles must be soaked, so it is easy to steam, if it is wet, don't soak it;
2, be sure to steam on a big fire, be sure to cook after steaming, otherwise it will feel hard;
3. Cooked noodles should be eaten according to the normal method of cold noodles.
