Cold mixing method of sweet and sour white radish shreds;
1. Cut the washed radish into two sections, and wipe it with vegetables and shred it.
2. Put shredded radish into a bowl and pour in two spoonfuls of white vinegar. Add two spoonfuls of sugar, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Turn on a small fire and stir-fry the black sesame seeds directly in the pot. There is no need to add oil to the pot. After the sesame seeds are cooked, put them in a bowl and let them cool.
4. After the radish is pickled, sprinkle with fried black sesame seeds.
