First Step
1 Catfish about 800g.
Second Step
2 Eggplant 300g, ginger, garlic.

3 Chop the catfish into pieces.

4 Break the eggplant into pieces.

5 Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic.
Step 6
6 Add catfish segments and cook vinegar and cooking wine.

7 Add soy sauce and then add appropriate amount of water.

8Bring to a boil and add eggplant segments.

9Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium-low heat.

10Simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes or so, until the eggplant is soft. Season with salt, sugar and MSG.

11 After seasoning, simmer slightly for about 1 minute before serving.
