If your baby has diarrhea, you should pay special attention not to give your child food that is easy to cause diarrhea, as follows.
(1) Long fiber food: fiber-containing food such as celery, spinach and other vegetables; Watermelon and other fruits; Potatoes, which contain a lot of cellulose, can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and aggravate diarrhea.
(2) Polysaccharide food: In the case of diarrhea, eating foods with high sugar content such as cakes, chocolates and fruit candy will aggravate the condition. Sugar can cause fermentation, increase flatulence and make diarrhea serious. Therefore, you should not eat.
(4) allergic food. For example, seafood, or foods that have been proved to cause allergies in babies will aggravate their diarrhea.
(5) Non-added food. Unaddited food may cause allergies and gastrointestinal dysfunction in children, thus further aggravating diarrhea. Generally, it is necessary to add a small amount for three days to observe whether there is any reaction. If diarrhea worsens, causing vomiting and abdominal pain, it is necessary to stop adding.
If children's diarrhea is not treated in time, it is likely to have bad symptoms, severe children will be dehydrated, and the course of disease may be prolonged, leading to malnutrition.
