Can durian and orange be eaten together?
Durian and orange cannot be eaten together. Durian is rich in protein, and the orange acid in oranges will make these protein hard to digest. Oranges imported from other places are not ripe when picked locally, so the content of fruit acid is high. In addition, durian should avoid eating with the following foods: wine, mangosteen, beef and mutton.
1, durian should not be eaten with wine. Because wine and durian are hot and dry things, if diabetics eat them together, the impact will be more serious, so they are not suitable for eating. Thailand has a clear rule that you can't drink alcohol within 8 hours after eating a lot of durian. At present, there is no definite conclusion that eating durian with wine will kill people, but eating durian and drinking at the same time (or at close intervals) is risky, and the risks vary greatly among individuals, so we should pay attention to it.
Eating durian and mangosteen at the same time can avoid getting angry, but it may cause constipation. Because these two fruits are rich in cellulose, they will absorb water and swell in the stomach. Excessive consumption will block the intestines and cause constipation.
3, durian can not be eaten with warm food, such as beef and mutton, dog meat, seafood and so on. Because these foods are hot and dry, eating them together will cause inflammation or other diseases or induce previous diseases.
