Beans do this, which is simpler and more delicious than braised noodles with beans. Roll a roll, and children will grab it in one hand and eat it.
Ingredients: beans, lean pork, raw flour, oil, salt, soy sauce, chives and ginger.
Practice:
1. Remove pods from beans, wash and drain. Boil clear water, add washed beans, blanch for eight times, soften, and take out.
2. The fished beans pass through ice water, which can keep the beans green and refreshing. Drain the water and roll up the beans, with meat in the middle.
3. Wash and chop the lean pork, add salt, oil, soy sauce, raw flour, ginger and chives, and then brew the meat into the rolled beans.
4. Put the brewed beans on a plate and brew them all in turn.
5. Heat the pan, pour the oil, and add the brewed beans, with the beans facing down and the fleshy side facing up. Fry in medium and small fire until the meat is half cooked and can be solidified.
6. Turn the other side and continue to fry, let the meat fry until it is slightly yellow, and then it can be cooked.
