Ingredients: fresh ginger bud 2g, 1 tbsp salt, fresh flavor, sesame oil, vinegar and oyster sauce
Methods/steps:
1. Wash fresh ginger bud in clean water.
2. scrape off the residual sediment with a spoon, and control the water for later use.
3. Sprinkle the fine salt evenly on the ginger buds and marinate for 1 hours.
4. Take it out the next day and mix it evenly with chopsticks.
5. Add a proper amount and mix well.
6. Add vinegar, oyster sauce and sesame oil, stir well and marinate for half an hour before serving.
note: ginger teeth must be marinated in a proper amount, and it is best to marinate them after eating on the same day, otherwise they will go bad easily.
