1. Ingredients: 150 grams of chicken breast, 2 hamburger embryos, 2 eggs, 100 grams of bread crumbs, 1 spoon each of onion and ginger, 1/2 spoon of salt, cooking wine 1 spoon, appropriate amount of lettuce and tomatoes.
2. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate with green onion, minced ginger, refined salt and cooking wine.
3. Beat the eggs, wrap the marinated chicken fillet in the egg juice, pat it with bread crumbs and press it tightly, then fry it in a pan until it is cooked through.
4. Add chicken tenders, tomatoes, and lettuce to the hamburger embryo.
