1. Ingredients: lettuce, oil, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, garlic cloves, cornstarch.
2. Break off the lettuce leaves one by one, wash them and drain them.
3. Mix the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, cornstarch and cold water in the accessories and stir evenly. Smash the garlic cloves.
