The simplest home version of brown sugar cake making is as follows:
Ingredients: 160g all-purpose flour, 50g brown sugar, 6 red dates, 2g yeast, 110g hot water, 1 egg indivual.
Steps:
1. Pour brown sugar into hot water and stir to melt.
2. Pour flour into the basin.
3. When the temperature of the brown sugar water cools down to about 40 degrees, add the yeast and stir to melt.
4. Pour into the flour and stir.
5. Add eggs and stir until there are no lumps.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
7. About 1 hour.
8. Use chopsticks to stir and exhaust.
9. Brush the paper cups with butter to facilitate demolding.
10. Pour in the batter until it is 8 minutes full.
11. Put red dates.
12. Steam in cold water for about 20 minutes.
13. Take out the pot.
