1. Preparation materials:
600g of common flour, 200g of oatmeal, 0/00g of sugar/kloc-,2g of salt, 20g of baking powder, 200g of butter, 0/00g of chocolate/kloc-,50g of oatmeal, 300ml of milk or soybean milk and one orange.
2. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder evenly and sieve.
3. Then put in butter that is not softened at room temperature and directly cut into small pieces.
4. Mix butter and flour into coarse sand with your fingers or a blender.
5. Add oatmeal.
6. Add chocolate bars.
7. Knead into the orange peel and squeeze into the juice of about one orange.
8. Pour in about 300ml of milk and mix well with a spatula.
Be careful not to stir and knead excessively, or you will lose the crispy taste of scones.
9. Scoop one by one onto the baking tray covered with oil paper with a scraper.
10. Brush the milk with sugar.
It can also be made into other shapes, but I personally like the rough feeling.
