What happens when milk and eggs are evenly stirred and steamed?
Milk and an egg can be made into double-skin milk, which is tender, smooth and super delicious.

The practice of red bean double skin milk

Raw materials:

200g of milk, 40g of egg white (2 slices),15g of sugar, 20g of honey red beans and 3g of medlar.

Method:

1. Pour the milk into a bowl, seal it with plastic wrap, steam it in boiling water 10min, let it cool and let it stand. You can see there is a layer of milk skin on the surface.

2. Make a small hole in the edge of the milk skin with a fork or chopsticks, slowly pour the milk into another bowl along the small hole, add the prepared egg white and white sugar into the milk, stir evenly, filter with a sieve and slowly pour it back into the bowl to float the milk skin formed before.

4. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap, steam it in a pot for 10- 15min, turn off the fire and let it cool or refrigerate, then add Lycium barbarum and honey red beans to eat, or take a proper amount of fresh fruit granules to eat according to personal taste.

Tip:

1. Milk ordered directly from the dairy farm is the easiest to form a milk skin, and most of the milk sold in supermarkets now is weak.

2. Steam on medium fire, not big fire, otherwise it is easy to steam out the honeycomb.

3. You can eat hot food or refrigerate it. Personally, I think it is better to eat it in cold storage.
