The installation steps of the hydraulic lift freight elevator are as follows:

1. Make the pit and embedded parts flush with the ground of the pit according to the requirements of the drawing. The pit diagram is generally made by the lift freight elevator. The manufacturer provides it to customers free of charge according to the different design sizes of each product.

2. The iron plate is used as an embedded part (the size of the iron plate is generally indicated in the pit map) and is fixed at the bottom position where the guide rail is placed. Then the guide rail is welded to the iron plate and the top is connected at the same time. It is firmly fixed up and down. Place the freight elevator table in the pit and adjust the platform to the level between the table and the ground.

3. First weld and fix the guide rail vertically on one side. The key is to level the table and place it in the guide rail so that the guide wheel can slide freely in the guide rail.

4. The control box is usually installed by professional electricians arranged by the manufacturer.

5. Connect the power supply to start the device, and check whether the guide rail and the host are in good condition.

6. Adjust the upper limit travel switch: raise the platform to the designated position, confirm it is intact, and install the limit switch.

7. Test run: During the lifting process of the freight elevator platform, the guide wheels must slide smoothly in the guide rails so that the lifting platform can rise and fall smoothly without any noise or abnormal noise. After several times of no-load operation, a test load operation should be carried out. According to the required load capacity, the load should be operated several times.
