Science: Small animals are guests.

moving target

2. Try to match small animals with their favorite foods.

Activities to be prepared

1. Children's Book Mathematics

2. Pictures of small animals: elephants, bears, puppies, kittens, rabbits, lambs and chickens.

Activity process

1. Talk to guide children to recall the scene of being a guest in the New Year.

Whose house did you go to during the New Year? How did they entertain you? (Infiltrating knocking etiquette) Who came to your house for the Spring Festival? How do you entertain guests?

Entertain small animal guests

(1) Show pictures of bears and dogs one by one. The teacher is talking to the child: Who is here? How should we say hello? (The teacher leads the child to say, "Hello, XX! Welcome to my home. " "Please sit down, please sit down!" Such a polite expression)

(2) Discussion: How can we entertain all the guests?

(3) Singing, dancing and performing programs for guests.

The teacher encourages the children to boldly perform in front of the group (or perform with good friends) to show their welcome to the small animals.

(4) Discussion: The guest is hungry. What do they like to eat?

(5) Use the "favorite food" on page 1 of Children's Book Mathematics to let children practice connecting according to the food that animals like to eat.

3. The game "Here comes the guest".

(1) The teacher plays the role of "guest" and goes to the children's house to be a guest, and the children receive it.

(2) Let a child play the role of "guest" and a child play the role of "host" to receive guests.

Activity reflection: Small class children have the life experience of being a guest and entertaining guests, and we often play the finger game "open the door" in daily teaching activities. In this finger game, it expands how rabbits entertain guests when all kinds of animals come to their homes, so it is no problem for children how to entertain guests. Please sit down, pour tea for the guests, and send delicious food. The main point is to learn to be a guest. First of all, knocking etiquette is the most basic. I believe that children rarely knock on other people's doors on weekdays, so when I demonstrate the correct knocking method, children are naturally attracted and take the initiative to learn. However, during the activity, children are more excited and easy to squeeze in, so after the activity, I reflect that children can perform independently in groups, which can also avoid children coming around.

Activity reflection:

In fact, few families in our south often cook and eat "spring rolls", so I use photos to make children feel and understand before the activity. Some children confuse spring rolls with wheat cake tubes because of their very similar shapes. The song "Bao Chun Juan" is easy to learn and catchy for children. Coupled with singing in the form of games, children are very interested. However, when children participate in games, they are particularly easily excited, which leads to unacceptable. This is something I didn't consider thoroughly before the activity. Some children can't follow the rules of activities well, but play freely. If I make certain rules of the game before the activity, such as performing in groups, or guiding children to take turns playing with colored pens, maybe the routine of the activity will be less chaotic, and the highlight of the activity is the creative link. Children have some life experience in making jiaozi, making wheat cakes and making steamed buns. Children can create immediately and participate in creating games happily.
