Methods/steps
First, clean the pork, slice it, add a little raw powder, oyster sauce and chicken powder, stir well and marinate for five minutes.
Then remove the mud root of the thigh mushroom, wash it and cut it into pieces for later use.
Peel and chop garlic seeds, remove the roots of leeks, wash and cut into chopped green onion.
Put a little peanut oil in the pot when it is 70% hot. After the oil is hot, fry the garlic first, then put down the pork and fry until the meat turns white.
Then put the thigh mushroom down and stir fry for one minute, then add half a bowl of starch water. Cover the pot and cook until the juice is collected.
Finally, add a spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of chicken essence, then put down the chives and stir well. Then turn off the fire and put on the plate.
