Spicy cod

Spicy cod belongs to Sichuan cuisine. The main ingredient is cod, which tastes spicy and is fried. It is a very appetizing dish.

Exercise 1

1, oil cod, fry until golden brown, take out, and shred carrots and green peppers;

2. Put a little oil in the pot, fry the fresh Chili sauce into red oil, pour in cod, add onion, ginger and garlic, add broth and add a little sugar;

3. Cover the pot and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Pour in chopped carrots and green peppers, add a little salt and monosodium glutamate, and stir fry.

Remove impurities from cod and clean it. The black skin inside should be removed. Cut into sections of about 2 cm. Soaking starch, it should be a lot of starch and thick. Put your snow fish in it to hang white pulp and drop it a little.

Prepare a large bowl, pour in vinegar, if it is rice vinegar, about a bowl, add half the sugar of vinegar. Add the right amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and tomato sauce, stir well, then add a little pepper noodles and garlic slices, and put them into the bowl juice. Have a taste, sweet and sour.

Heat oil in the pan. When it is 60% hot, put cod slices in, fry until golden brown, and take them out when cooked.

When the oil is 80% hot, pour it in and fry it again until the skin is golden and crisp, and take it out when the spoon makes a noise.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the bowl juice into the pot and fry until it boils, pour the fried fish pieces into the pot and hang the soup evenly. Besides, there is not much soup. If you cook a plate of cod, a large bowl of juice is enough, and the frying time must be short, otherwise the crispy skin of the fish pieces will be very soft.

Exercise 2

Ingredients: two frozen cod,

Accessories: green pepper, pepper, onion slices, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, water and salt.

1. Freeze two cod, thaw naturally and wash.

2. Put the meat cleaver obliquely on the fish, it will taste better.

3. Put oil in the pan, heat it, and fry cod in the pan.

Be careful not to turn over easily, fry one side and then the other.

6. Add pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, onion slices, water and salt, and my favorite green pepper, and stew for half an hour.
