Prepare glutinous rice flour, sugar and whole milk powder first.
Method/Step 2:
Add 500ml of clean water to a small pot, and boil over high fire for about 10 minute.
Method/Step 3:
Add the whole milk powder, soft candy and glutinous rice flour into boiling water, fully stir until it melts into popsicle juice, and let it cool. It's about 15 minutes cold.
Method/Step 4:
