Soak the dried sweet potato vermicelli in lukewarm water, so it should look like there is no white hard core.

Wash the soybean sprouts after removing the roots, out of the water for a while, to get rid of the smell of beans.

Heat a pan with cold oil and sauté the minced meat until brown, then stir-fry the soybean sprouts.

Put sugar, soy sauce, seasoning, under the soaked sweet potato vermicelli, stir-fry until the vermicelli transparent color, under the old soy sauce and salt seasoning, put a small amount of water, then cover and cook for a while, out of the pot.
